Paste everything the app copied
A shopping app may share a long message containing Chinese text, symbols and a short link rather than a simple product URL. You can paste that whole message into the Merqelio Buy quote form. It can include emoji, line breaks or text with no recognizable link.
Do not remove characters just because you cannot read them. They may help identify the intended listing or offer. If the message is difficult to interpret, a screenshot showing the product and selected option provides useful context.
Identify the option, not just the headline product
A listing can show different prices for different options or purchase conditions. Send the exact color, size, model, quantity or bundle you want. Where possible, include a screenshot with that option selected.
The goal of the request is to establish what could actually be purchased on the agreed terms. A displayed promotional price should not be treated as a final confirmed price for every buyer or quantity.
Understand why offers need a human check
Group-buy offers, coupons and other promotions can depend on conditions. Merqelio Buy can review the available purchase options, but does not guarantee access to a particular group discount, incentive or coupon.
Tell us whether the item is only worthwhile to you at a specific price. We can then clarify the purchase conditions before you decide whether to proceed. We do not automatically substitute a different offer or option without your agreement.
Include the information needed for the next step
For each item, provide:
- The complete share text or product link.
- Your required quantity and exact specification.
- A screenshot if the option or offer needs explanation.
- Questions about included parts, measurements or domestic delivery.
- Destination country and any packaging requirements.
You can add up to 10 items in one request. Keep different products separate so their quantities and notes can be reviewed individually. Contact details belong in the contact section, not inside a product link or public message.
Separate the product offer from international costs
A product offer does not by itself include buying assistance, domestic delivery, optional inspection or packaging, international shipping or destination charges. Review the quote breakdown before agreeing to a purchase.
For a single-platform Pinduoduo order, the buying fee is 5% of the product subtotal, with a US$5 minimum, up to CNY 300; 8% of the entire product subtotal above CNY 300 and up to CNY 2,000; and 5% above CNY 2,000. Domestic shipping, international shipping and taxes are excluded from that fee base. No automatic exchange rate is applied. Requests combining platforms receive a manually confirmed fee. Review the published fee schedule alongside the actual product offer.
Shipping may remain subject to the parcel’s actual packed size and weight. An estimated subtotal only covers the amounts that are known; it is not a promise of the eventual landed cost.
Keep decisions explicit
If a listing becomes unavailable or the conditions differ from the screenshot, the next step is a discussion. You can review an alternative, wait or decline that purchase. An inquiry does not authorize an automatic order.
After arrival, eligible purchases may be considered for consolidation and the agreed visible checks. Ask for original boxes to be retained if they matter to you. Whether a combined parcel is suitable depends on the goods and available shipping route, and combining does not always reduce the charge.
