Free warehouse storage is available for 30 days. The start date and any extended-storage fees are confirmed in your quote before storage is extended.

Tell us if you need to wait for another purchase or arrange consolidation. We confirm the suitable storage and packing plan for your goods before extending storage or carrying out optional work.

Start with the destination and the goods

Tell us the destination country, the type of item and any known weight or dimensions. Product eligibility is checked before purchasing where possible. We cannot promise that every item can travel to every destination.

Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics and other sensitive items need specific review. Do not assume that an item accepted by a domestic seller is eligible for international transport.

Why a final quote may follow measurement

Carriers can consider both weight and volume. The relevant method, thresholds and surcharges depend on the route and service. Protective packing also changes the parcel’s measurements.

An early estimate is not a final shipping charge. Once suitable packing is agreed and measurements are available, we can review the actual available shipping options. No carrier rate is implied by the website calculator.

Buying fees and shipping are separate

China domestic and international shipping are quoted separately. No fixed shipping price is included in the buying fee; the available route, destination and packed measurements determine the shipping quote.

The product subtotal is the total price of all items and quantities in the order. China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment charges, optional services, duties and taxes are excluded from the fee base. The selected tier applies to the entire product subtotal.

Consolidation with the right protection

• Compatible goods may be combined, subject to weight, size and handling restrictions.
• Fragile or incompatible items may need separate parcels or extra materials.
• Original retail packaging is only removed with your agreement.
• Packaging changes may affect collector value, protection and return options.
• Compare the agreed protection and total charge, not just the smallest possible box.

Customs and destination charges

The recipient may need to provide information or pay import duties, taxes or other destination charges where applicable. Requirements vary by destination and goods; consult the relevant customs authority for current requirements.

We do not agree to false descriptions or declared values. Shipping and customs documentation must reflect the actual goods and applicable requirements.

Timing and delivery issues

Any estimated transit time is route-specific and may be affected by collection schedules, customs, local delivery or other delays. No delivery date is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in the applicable service terms.

Keep the parcel packaging and photographs if a delivery issue occurs. Contact us promptly with the inquiry reference so the available carrier or seller process can be reviewed.
