The product subtotal is the total price of all items and quantities in the order. China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment charges, optional services, duties and taxes are excluded from the fee base. The selected tier applies to the entire product subtotal.
For small standard-platform orders, the 5% fee and US$5 minimum are compared using the exchange rate confirmed in your quote; the higher amount applies. The Xianyu US$5 fixed fee is billed separately in USD. The website does not automatically convert currencies or assume an exchange rate. Fee thresholds use the CNY product subtotal; orders priced in other currencies require an individual quote.

- International Shipping
- Quoted for the packed parcel and available destination route.
- Warehouse Storage
- Free warehouse storage is available for 30 days. The start date and any extended-storage fees are confirmed in your quote before storage is extended.
- Payment / Currency Conversion Charges
- Any applicable payment provider or conversion costs stated for your payment method.
- Applicable Import Duties and Taxes
- Destination charges, where applicable; these are not assumed to be included.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds depend on the purchase stage and responsibility for the problem. Before a seller order is placed, or if an item cannot be purchased because it is out of stock, we refund that item’s product price and buying service fee. After a successful purchase, a change-of-mind cancellation is reviewed with the seller; completed services are handled under the terms explained before payment. Our own purchasing mistakes are corrected or refunded.
Product price, buying fees, optional work, domestic shipping, international shipping, storage and payment-provider charges are reviewed separately. Any deduction for a third-party cost must be an actual, non-refundable charge that was explained before payment and may lawfully be deducted. We provide an itemised calculation and return any amount recovered for that charge. There is no standard percentage deduction for payment processing. Extended storage is charged only under the agreed storage arrangement.

Shipping is quoted separately
China domestic and international shipping are quoted separately. No fixed shipping price is included in the buying fee; the available route, destination and packed measurements determine the shipping quote.
A known subtotal includes only confirmed amounts in the same currency. A separate USD fee remains a separate line item. Payment charges, optional work, duties and taxes are shown separately when applicable.
30 days of free warehouse storage
Free warehouse storage is available for 30 days. The start date and any extended-storage fees are confirmed in your quote before storage is extended.
Combine Multiple Orders, Simplify Shipping
You can ask about several items in one request. Eligible goods may be consolidated into a suitable parcel after arrival, subject to their size, fragility, compatibility and the available route.
The final charge depends on the packed weight, volume, destination and carrier rules. Consolidation does not always reduce the cost, especially when a combined parcel changes the chargeable weight or route.
Packaging choices are yours to approve
- Protective packaging: additional materials or support suited to the agreed items.
- Package consolidation: reviewing several eligible purchases for a combined parcel.
- Outer packaging removal: only after your explicit agreement.
- Weight and volume optimization: balancing shipping needs with protection and packaging value.

Check the quote currency, the exact items and quantities, which charges are included, which remain estimates and how any later shipping quote will be approved. Ask about optional services before payment.
No payment is required to send the initial request. Payment arrangements for an approved purchase are handled separately; this website does not collect card payments.
