We can help ask about visible wear, accessories, previous repairs, missing parts and whether extra photos are available. A seller’s response is information to consider, not an independent guarantee.

Agree on the inspection scope first

• Identify marks, damage or missing accessories you want documented.
• Ask for photographs of specific areas, labels, serial markings or packaging where appropriate.
• State whether unopened or collector’s packaging must be kept intact.
• Confirm whether specialist testing or authentication would be needed outside the standard photo check.
• Review the seller’s return conditions before you decide to purchase.

Understand the limits

Photo inspection documents what is visible within the agreed scope. It cannot establish authenticity, reveal every internal defect or predict an item’s remaining service life. Reasonable negotiation assistance does not guarantee a lower price.

Availability can change while a request is being reviewed. We confirm the intended purchase before proceeding and do not automatically substitute another second-hand item.

Xianyu buying fee

For Xianyu, an order with a product subtotal up to CNY 300 has a fixed US$5 buying fee. Above CNY 300, the fee is 10% of the entire product subtotal. Only one service fee applies.

The product subtotal is the total price of all items and quantities in the order. China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment charges, optional services, duties and taxes are excluded from the fee base. The selected tier applies to the entire product subtotal.

For small standard-platform orders, the 5% fee and US$5 minimum are compared using the exchange rate confirmed in your quote; the higher amount applies. The Xianyu US$5 fixed fee is billed separately in USD. The website does not automatically convert currencies or assume an exchange rate. Fee thresholds use the CNY product subtotal; orders priced in other currencies require an individual quote.

China domestic and international shipping are quoted separately. No fixed shipping price is included in the buying fee; the available route, destination and packed measurements determine the shipping quote.
