Merqelio Buy is an independent China buying assistance service helping international customers shop from Chinese online marketplaces. We help organize the details of a purchase and communicate with Chinese sellers.
The first step is an inquiry, not an order. There is no customer registration or online checkout on this website. A person reviews each request before a purchase or shipping arrangement is agreed.
Seller communication
Tell us the questions you need answered: selected specifications, availability, accessories, visible condition or domestic delivery. We relay the useful details so you can decide whether to proceed. A seller’s claim is not a guarantee from Merqelio Buy.
Photo inspection
The agreed inspection can document visible condition, quantity and packaging. Extra photographs or checks should be requested in advance. A visual check does not replace technical testing or authentication and cannot reveal every hidden defect.
Consolidation and protective packaging
Eligible items can be assessed for consolidation after arrival. Suitability depends on the goods, protection required and shipping route. We discuss any changes to original packaging with you before removing shoe boxes, gift boxes or other retail packaging.
Reducing packaging can affect collector value, return options and protection. Consolidation can simplify a shipment, but it does not guarantee a lower charge.
Warehouse storage
Free warehouse storage is available for 30 days. The start date and any extended-storage fees are confirmed in your quote before storage is extended.
Shipping, refunds and practical limits
The destination, item category and measured parcel determine the available shipping options. Shipping times and charges are confirmed for the available route, and customs requirements remain part of the review.
If an item is unavailable or a problem is identified, we contact you about the next step. Returns and refunds depend on the stage of work, agreed terms and applicable seller, payment and carrier conditions. Review the relevant policy before proceeding.
