An inquiry is not a purchase

This website accepts requests for China buying and shipping assistance. Submitting a request does not place a marketplace order, reserve stock or authorize payment. A human quote and the agreed next steps are required before purchasing begins.

The website does not provide customer accounts, an automated shopping cart or an online payment checkout. Do not send payment card information through the inquiry form.

Your request and approval

Provide accurate item information, quantities, specifications, destination and contact details. Tell us about material requirements and restrictions before a purchase. A quote is based on the information available and may need clarification if the seller’s price, stock or conditions change.

Before agreeing to proceed, review the exact items, service scope, quote currency, included costs, unresolved charges and relevant seller conditions. Substitutions and material changes require your agreement.

Published buying service fees

For Taobao, Pinduoduo, 1688 and JD.com, an order with a product subtotal up to CNY 300 has a buying fee of 5% of the product subtotal, with a minimum of US$5. Above CNY 300 and up to CNY 2,000, the fee is 8% of the product subtotal. Above CNY 2,000, the fee is 5% of the product subtotal.

For Xianyu, an order with a product subtotal up to CNY 300 has a fixed US$5 buying fee. Above CNY 300, the fee is 10% of the entire product subtotal. Only one service fee applies.

The product subtotal is the total price of all items and quantities in the order. China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment charges, optional services, duties and taxes are excluded from the fee base. The selected tier applies to the entire product subtotal.

The published tiers apply to single-platform orders. Requests combining platforms and purchases from other stores receive a manually confirmed service fee before purchasing.

For small standard-platform orders, the 5% fee and US$5 minimum are compared using the exchange rate confirmed in your quote; the higher amount applies. The Xianyu US$5 fixed fee is billed separately in USD. The website does not automatically convert currencies or assume an exchange rate. Fee thresholds use the CNY product subtotal; orders priced in other currencies require an individual quote.

Warehouse storage

Free warehouse storage is available for 30 days. The start date and any extended-storage fees are confirmed in your quote before storage is extended.

Independent assistance and seller conditions

Merqelio Buy is independent of the listed marketplaces and their sellers. We do not control listings or seller performance. Purchasing assistance and seller communication do not guarantee authenticity, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Photo inspection is limited to agreed visible checks. Specialist testing, certification or authentication is outside that scope unless separately and explicitly agreed.

Packing, shipping and customs

Packing and consolidation are subject to suitability and available routes. Original packaging is only removed with your approval. Shipping charges and timing depend on the actual parcel and the applicable carrier service.

You must disclose sensitive or restricted goods and comply with applicable destination requirements. False declarations and requests involving prohibited goods are not accepted. Import duties, taxes or other destination charges are only included if explicitly stated in the quote.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Refunds depend on the purchase stage and responsibility for the problem. Before a seller order is placed, or if an item cannot be purchased because it is out of stock, we refund that item’s product price and buying service fee. After a successful purchase, a change-of-mind cancellation is reviewed with the seller; completed services are handled under the terms explained before payment. Our own purchasing mistakes are corrected or refunded.

Report concerns with the inquiry reference and relevant evidence. The operator must provide reviewed complaint, dispute and statutory-rights information before the service is publicly launched. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
